| Bootstrapping connectivity | How to reach the peers you want, from the official site. |
| Reticulum community wiki | Community-written guides, hardware notes and a much longer resource list than this one. |

Explainers and guides
- The Reticulum Network and How it Works, a written explainer, and the same author's video Reticulum Network: How it Works and Why it's SO GOOD.
- Installing RNS and NomadNet on Linux, a step-by-step tutorial ending at your first Nomad Network page.
- Reticulum Protocol Textbook, a longer, more formal treatment of the protocol.
- Own the Internet, a community playbook for building mesh networks, written for the person who wants to start.
- Michael Faragher's Reticulum Primer (PDF). Written for an older version, so out of date in places, but still a good introduction.
Talks
- Unstoppable Networks for The People, Mark Qvist's talk at the Chaos Communication Congress, 2024 (YouTube mirror). The best hour-long introduction there is.
- Building Networks with Reticulum, qbit, 2025.
- How do announces work in Reticulum, 2026, a short one on the mechanism behind paths.
- Understanding Reticulum Sovereign Communication Networks, 2026.

| Reticulum | The stack itself, with the rnsd, rnstatus, rnpath, rnprobe, rncp, rnx and rnodeconf tools. |
Anywhere Python runs |
| LXMF | The messaging layer the clients share, and lxmd, the propagation node daemon. |
